For instance, the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) develops working groups to develop the list of specifications which are further evaluated by Internet Engineering Steering Group (IESG) and IAB; the Internet Society will then publish the latest standards for Internet companies. All web standards are then promulgated by World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) along with other groups. In the last few years, the field of management and organizational behavior has diversified into a wide range of subjects as the organization structure has changed drastically. The changes in the organization and other aspects of the business has been due to the world moving towards a digital era and bringing immense changes in the management of an organization and the way businesses are conducted. As the study of management and organization has broadened, the central point or area of study is the development that has taken place in the thought process of management and it is known as management theory. As numerous researchers have differing views on organizations, management teams, and their structures, they have classified their work into different kinds of approaches. These approaches are based on the assumptions and situations that the researchers have undergone while designing their management approaches.
